Magicalswap is an innovative rental platform that connects property owners and tenants. We facilitate easy rental transactions by offering a streamlined process for renting out homes,managing properties, and finding the perfect place to live.

Magicalswap allows landlords to list their properties, and tenants to search for available rentals in their desired area and contact Local Area Manager ,We handle the entire process, from property listings ,Tenant Onboarding processing, Contract agreement & Police Verification etc.

We are currently starting in Indore, focusing on key residential areas. We plan to expand to other parts of Indore and eventually other cities.

Tenants can submit maintenance requests through the Magicalswap app, and we will coordinate with the property owner to resolve the issue quickly.

The property owner is responsible for general repairs and maintenance. Tenants are encouraged to report any issues as soon as they arise.

Yes, the Magicalswap app is available for both iOS and Android. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play.

You can list your property by creating an account, uploading property details (photos, rent price,location, etc.), and send verifying property to Area Manager for Approval Or you can direct contact Area Manager assigned in your local area and he will do take care of your listing .

Listing your property is FREE of charge. Magicalswap does not charge owners any commission for using the platform.

Owners can manage their properties through the Magicalswap App. From there, you can track inquiries, schedule viewings, and manage rent collection.

Yes, you can list as many properties as you own through your Magicalswap account.

Rent payments are processed online your bank account monthly or cash by tenant.

You can browse available properties by location, price range, and other preferences directly on the Magicalswap app . Once you find a property, you can contact the Area Manager to schedule a visit.

There is no fee for tenants to browse properties on the platform. However, if you successfully rent a property, you will be charged a one-time service fee equivalent to 9% of the first month's rent.

Once you find a property, you can submit an Interest through the app. Then we will review your details and get back to you with the next steps.

Magicalswap operates without independent agents; instead, we have employed Area Managers who are directly responsible for managing properties within specific zones. If you're interested in becoming an Area Manager, you can apply through our careers page.

They are responsible for managing rental properties in their designated area, including coordinating with owners and tenants, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of rental agreements. Each Area Manager is assigned a specific region to avoid overlapping with other managers.

Each Area Manager is typically responsible for managing properties within a specific zone, covering up to a certain number of houses or rental units. This ensures personalized service and efficient management of the properties in that area.

Area Managers handle:

  • Coordinating maintenance requests between tenants and owners

Once you are assigned an Area Manager, you can communicate with them directly through the Magicalswap platform Or you can reach out to physical address . They are available to assist with all your rental-related needs.
